We must apologize for the delay of progress. With Nikki starting a new job, two boys playing on different baseball teams and trying to get our gardens planted it has been a crazy month or so. Baseball is coming to a close and the garden will soon be completely planted. (which we thought may never happen with all of the rain and floods this spring.) We are working on gathering information from the local food markets now and will be adding that soon. All of the other great features of the blog will kick in to full gear in July! We are very excited and can't wait to share all of the great information we find with all of you.

Welcome to Paducah Organic Menu!
We have had some issues with our videos...
We are working on it and hope to have it remedied very soon!
Hello! We are Mike and Nikki Carneal in Paducah, Kentucky. We are currently working on turning this blog into a networking tool specifically built to help local farmers, restaurant owners, food market owners and consumers reconnect.
COMING SOON: What to Expect
Check back often...we are going to be adding content almost daily for the next several weeks.
The Menu-
1.) A list of organic dishes and the Paducah restaurants where they can be found.
2.) This is where we will showcase restaurants owners and their chefs along with the new organic dishes they are preparing.
3.) A directory of local farms and food markets that offer organic products in Paducah and the surrounding areas.
Video (& non-video) interviews- with farmers, store owners, restaurant owners, chefs and consumers.
Mikey's R.O.T.W. (Recipe of the Week)- Mikey is going to show you how to prepare simple healthy dishes from organic ingredients we find here in Paducah. We will also let you know where we found them.
FAQ's- this will be a constantly growing list of questions and answers (along with the source of info) about organic products. If you have a question please email it to emailus@paducahorganicmenu.com and we will add it to the list once we find an answer (unless you also submit the answer with it's source). Only credible sources will be used.
Photo Gallery- over time we hope to accumulate some great pics of local farmers, market owners, restaurant owners, chefs and consumers to share.
